Superb, quick service. All questions fully answered, tickets booked and looking forward to the show.

I am disabled and when I rang the ATG “Access Line”
my call was answer by Tiffany . She explained that my
“qualifying period” to apply for a Companion Ticket had
expired & I would need to reapply, sending my documentation of proof via email to her. She patiently, pleasantly & clearly explained how to do this & the whole process was completed most satisfactorily.
Tiffany is a credit to ATG & a 1st class example of “Customer Care”.

I was very happy with the service from Ewan today. He was polite, efficient, quick and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and explained everything.

I originally booked and then emailed to get better seats. Then I lost my emails and contacted Connor Quick at ATG who found the booking and emailed the booking again. Panick over. Thanks Connor

I needed to exchange my tickets for a different date to see Footloose. Samantha at ATG made the whole process so really pleasant and easy. It's not what one generally sees in the press about "ticket selling people". Clearly ATG are different. Samantha actually said that we're here to help you and make sure booking a show through us is a pleasant experience; we want you to be happy.

I ordered tickets a few months back and on the day I couldn't find the booking confirmation.
I emailed and Trish responded with my booking confirmation.

I expected a long wait for the phone to be answered, I was pleased that it was answered really quickly, I spoke to a gentleman called James, he was so polite and dealt with my query efficiently.
